Submit an Enrollment Request

Let’s get started!

Requirements

You will need the following:

  1. An Apple ID with a role of Account Holder (previously know as Team Agent) or Admin.
    If your company does not yet have such an Apple ID to use for enrolling in the Apple Developer Program, then either:
    • Create an Apple ID
    • Transfer the Account Holder or Admin role from an existing Account Holder or Admin:
      1. Sign in to your developer.apple.com/account as an Account Holder or Admin user and click Membership.
      2. Scroll down to Settings, click Transfer Account Holder (or Admin) Role, and follow the instructions.

Note: See Account Holder Role Transfer for more information about transferring the Account Holder role to another member of your team.

  1. DUNS number
    Your business’s unique nine-digit Data Universal Number System number.

    To enroll as an Organizational entity in the Apple Developer Program, you will need to provide your organization’s Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number. If you don’t know the number you may be able to find it in this DUNS lookup.

    If you don’t have a DUNS number yet, you can apply for one for free at this page. Be aware that application processing could take a few weeks. For more information, see obtaining a DUNS number, which also has instructions for organizations outside the United States.

Steps

Perform these steps:

  1. Click https://developer.apple.com/ and sign in to the Apple Developer site using your Apple ID (as described in the Requirements above).
  2. Click Account.
  3. Read through the Apple Developer Agreement, select the confirmation box, and click Submit.
  4. Click Join the Apple Developer Program.
  5. Click Enroll.

  6. Read through the details of what is required to enroll as an organization, and then click Start Your Enrollment.
  7. Check that the Email, Name and Country are correct.
    In the “I develop apps as” field, select Company/Organization, as your Entity Type.
    Click Continue.
  8. Confirm that you have the authority to sign legal agreements on behalf of your organization.
    Select My organization has given me the authority…, and enter Your Work Email.
  9. Enter the contact information of the person in your organization who can verify your signature authority.
  10. Enter your contact information and click Continue when done.

    Field Description

  11. The Summary for Review screen will be displayed showing your enrollment details.
    Check all the details and click Submit.
  12. The Summary of Submission screen will be displayed showing the final set of enrollment details.
    The screen also has a link which you can use to check the status of your enrollment.

Well done!
You have successfully submitted an enrollment request for the Apple Developer Program.
Apple will begin processing your enrollment by first verifying your authority to sign legal agreement.
